  • A virtual reality experience

We developed content and experiences using multiple on- and off-line elements that encourage partners to interact with customers in new, engaging ways. We applied the future-ready classroom campaign theme and message across all pieces of the campaign.

Future-ready classroom roadshow

This “event-in-a-box” includes everything a Dell partner needs to promote and execute an in-person marketing event. All of the materials were developed to be easily co-branded by the partner.


  • Hour-long presentation deck with fully scripted presentation notes detailing new advances for education that can be achieved with technology
  • Three-series email campaign to promote the event
  • Event landing page to capture event registrations for each partner
  • Co-branded signage for the event
  • Customized survey for attendees and a series of follow-up sales emails

An interactive microsite allows users to interact with different Dell and Microsoft products within a blueprint of a future-ready classroom.

Site visitors can mouse-over different products to see animations describing the product, its benefits and uses. They can also build their own classroom with components that match their needs to create a custom environment.

The Future Ready Classroom Virtual Experience is an interactive, 3-minute, avatar-guided virtual tour of a classroom during which users explore Dell products in a virtual reality setting using a virtual reality headset.

Participants are automatically sent a follow-up email with an invitation to come back into the virtual setting through their computers or mobile devices to create their own avatar.

This breakthrough campaign was the first of its kind for Dell. It was designed to engage customers and to deliver the following results:
