Dell teamed up with Yeager to build a dynamic and highly engaging online event designed to inspire their top partners to actively engage in the Dell sales incentive program.
Dell’s “Agents of Attach” partner sales engagement program rewarded sales members for completing 007-style “Missions” focused on mastering Dell attach products. To build on this success, Yeager and Dell hosted an exclusive virtual event to keep agents motivated. Top performers who completed three missions were invited to access exclusive Attach Sales content, learn to make the Bond Martini, and compete in a live blackjack tournament to crown the ultimate 007.
The event featured dynamic content, including videos on AI PCs and Dell Speakerphones, interactive trivia, a scavenger hunt, a photo booth, and a live blackjack showdown, creating an engaging and memorable experience.
Attendees followed a series of clues in search of hidden golden items with the opportunity to win fun prizes.
Top agents were invited to compete in a LIVE blackjack competition – professionally produced and hosted by our team. The winner received a grand prize and the 007 title.
Our Monte Carlo-style casino featured AI-generated spaces fit for our agents. Our host agents "M" and "L" received a generative-AI make-over.

Our goal was to design a virtual experience that engaged agents from start to finish. We achieved this with compelling video content, interactive trivia, a scavenger hunt, a virtual photo booth, and a live blackjack event. By aligning the platform design with the ‘007’ theme and crafting an engaging email campaign with enticing invitations, we drove high registration and participation. Gamification played a key role, with the top 21 agents competing in the blackjack event, where one was crowned “007.” Mission 4 celebrated the achievements of all active ‘Attach Agents’ and showcased the success of the programs top performers.
Our targeted email campaign, consisting of seven strategically timed emails, successfully drove 177 agents to register.
116 of the registered agents attended, demonstrating strong interest and commitment to the program.
Engagement levels were outstanding, with 81% of attendees participating in the scavenger hunt, 77% engaging in agent trivia, and all of the top 21 agents competing in the Live Blackjack event.
