The Account Strategist represents the best interests of our clients while overseeing the strategic direction of projects on a day-to-day basis, ensuring that they run smoothly and achieve their highest potential. Daily contact with clients is a key part of the job, so offering well-conceived and forward-thinking ideas is essential to the productive communication process. Account Strategists are expected to present new ideas to clients that will help their business and maintain a steady flow of projects, so a confident and assertive attitude is necessary to promote the agency’s ideas and benefits. Yeager Marketing is a fast-paced environment in which you would be required to work with our project strategists in the coordination of internal and external staff while you maintain project objectives and strategy to achieve the very best outcome for our clients.

Your days will be filled doing interesting, fulfilling work including:

  • The day-to-day management of clients’ projects and campaigns
  • Providing proactive guidance to clients on marketing strategies and tactics
  • Continually offering innovative ideas to clients
  • Pro-active leadership that encourages teams to perform at a high level
  • Regular communication and liaison with clients at a senior level
  • Gathering client feedback and report to the team
  • Generating accurate reports and client project forecasts
  • Completing projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget
  • Using your knowledge and skills to push clients, the team and the agency in the most productive direction
  • Attend and facilitate all status meetings, client meetings and client calls
  • Lead formal and informal presentations to clients and internal team members

Yeager Account Strategists needs a wide range of skills such as:

  • Significant experience in professional client relationship management
  • A solid, background of demonstrated marketing success
  • Ability to plan and strategize at a senior level
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong understanding of all marketing vehicles (digital and traditional)
  • A persuasive and confident approach to creative projects
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Full awareness of creative processes and techniques

This is an office-based role that will require occasional travel to visit clients.
