As an Account Manager, you will be joining our growing agency. You will be an integral team member responsible for building client relationships through regular, proactive and value-added communication. You will be responsible for driving client satisfaction through successful project completion by working closely with your Project Manager. You should be able to demonstrate marketing acumen with a broad range of traditional and digital marketing and be able to show a track record of successful outcomes working as part of an account or marketing team. The ideal candidate will have client-facing account management experience, preferably in the B2B technology industry. Working within best practices, you will be responsible for developing client relationships and growing a portfolio of accounts. This position will be responsible for communicating client expectations to internal team members and ensuring final client deliverables exceed those expectations. You will proactively keep the client up-to-date on project status and performance, suggest complementary Yeager products, and forecast, manage and track account metrics and growth.

Working within best practices, you will be responsible for developing client relationships and growing a portfolio of accounts. Your days will be filled doing interesting, fulfilling work including:
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and customer stakeholders
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our deliverables according to customer needs and objectives
  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts
  • Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
  • Liaise between the customer and internal teams
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
  • Enhance department and organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value
  • Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
  • Monitor and analyze customer’s usage of our products
  • Responsible for working with the Senior Manager, Account Strategy to identify accounts with strategic marketing needs
Yeager Account Managers need a wide range of skills such as:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing and/or combined years of relevant experience preferred
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience with agency background desirable
  • Strong marketing acumen
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
  • Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity
  • Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

This position is based in the home office (Phoenix, AZ). Occasional telecommuting available.

The Creative Manager is responsible for providing developing creative concepts, executing creative strategies and mentorship of creative team. On a regular basis they will use their expertise and guidance to make sure creative team members work together like a well-oiled machine, consistently cranking out genius deliverables, meeting deadlines and landing coveted work from desirable clients. They need to be proactive and be comfortable with guiding the creative team, helping to concept projects, leading the pitch team on creative proposals, helping to up level Yeager projects and the Yeager brand. They rely on their knowledge and proficiency with current graphic design programs to produce graphic art and visual materials for promotions, advertisements, websites, films, packaging and other mediums. Must have exceptional attention to detail and follow through, as well as the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

Your days will be filled doing interesting, fulfilling work including:
  • Manage the creative process from concept to completion
  • Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies
  • Lead and guide the creative team in the production of all marketing collateral
  • Oversee client pitches and proposals
  • Review work, troubleshoot and provide feedback to creative teams
  • Manage creative direction of client projects to produce marketing deliverables that communicate brilliantly, exceed client expectations and deliver on mutually agreed upon objectives.
  • Interact with clients with an approach that communicates and delivers unparalleled customer value.
  • Lead the charge to continually evolve the Yeager brand to stay aligned with our values.
  • Guide the creative function so that the environment, culture, team, capabilities, tools processes, expectations work style and other elements support the strategic goals and brand of Yeager.
  • Leverage the evolution of technology needs and marketing technology and digital marketing capabilities.
  • Work collaboratively with internal partners, participate in company strategizing, and make recommendations for changes to the creative function to meet market changes, competitive threats or to support strategic plans.
  • Assure that timely and informative communication takes place between the creative function, all marketing team partners and Yeager clients.
Yeager Creative Managers need a wide range of skills such as:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or Digital Media and/or Certificate in Graphic Design; master's degree is preferred.
  • A combination of experience and education may be substituted upon supervisor's approval.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in creative services for the marketing function, preferably for B2B.
  • Minimum of 3 years management experience or 5 years in a management level position.
  • Specific background must include marketing experience within multiple channels, including digital marketing, social media, events, print, direct mail and video.
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe XD, Sketch, Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook).
  • Experience working with WordPress templates
  • Expert level in WordPress templates
  • Experience leading workflow and managing the creative process from ideation to completion.
  • Possess the ability to judge creative concepts, and clearly communicate creative direction to others.
  • Expertise in brand development and multichannel marketing.
