Graphic Designer – Full Time

Yeager is currently searching for a Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, customer service mindset and ability to think creatively. On a regular basis this individual will work with members of the strategy and creative teams to visually convey a particular message, idea or concept. They rely on their knowledge and proficiency with current graphic design programs to produce graphic art and visual materials for promotions, advertisements, websites, films, packaging and other mediums. Must have exceptional attention to detail and follow through, as well as the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and with a variety of stakeholders.

What will you do as a Graphic Designer?

  • Deliver successful print and digital design solutions within corporate brand guidelines.
  • Able to work independently and own projects through completion.
  • Put together disparate elements of a design created by another professional, such as the icons, photographs and other components necessary to create a cohesive design. 
  • Work effectively with other designers and writers and be willing to assist other team members to complete projects.
  • Work collaboratively with a variety of internal stakeholders and steward the usage of approved design guidelines and templates.
  • Create a wide range of deliverables – including digital graphics, websites and landing pages, printed and digital publications, as well as presentations and event graphics
  • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors and contractors
  • Demonstrate innovative thinking while applying the latest design principles
  • Be able to confidently articulate the benefits and reasoning of creative choices
  • Design for quick approval and rapid deployment on occasions 

What will prepare you for success as a Graphic Designer?

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field
  • 5+ years of experience graphic design, UX/UI design, or digital marketing
  • Software knowledge requirements; Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, Acrobat, PowerPoint and Mac OS
  • Experience using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro are nice to have
  • A stellar portfolio showcasing your best design executions
  • Strong organizational skills including file/asset management 
  • Working knowledge of development and technology considerations (HTML5, CSS, responsive design, mobile platforms, and basic SEO)
  • Ability to “own” the work from conception to production over wide range of projects
  • Talent for thriving off of constructive feedback and translating it into even better executions
  • UX certification or experience with a strong understanding of responsive design 
  • Motion graphics and light video editing experience 
  • Understanding of an A/B testing methods
  • Strong understanding of best practices for graphic executions across multiple social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest)
  • Ability to visualize the customer journey and identify opportunities for improvement and engagement

Partner Marketing Program Manager – Contract to Hire

This position is up to a 3 month contract (1099 Contractor) with the opportunity for hire at the end of the contract period. 

Yeager is currently searching for a Partner Marketing Program Manager to join our team. This person will be on the Accounts team, manage a portfolio of our client’s partners to assess their unique needs and goals, educate and implement partner programs sold by the Yeager Account Managers and Strategists, and deliver insights on program performance. Your role will be both external (client and partner-facing) and internal as you support many cross-functional initiatives. You will develop relationships to ensure our client’s partners have a trusted resource they can rely on to clearly explain marketing tactics and strategies as well as communicate campaign or program status and performance. 

What will you do as a Partner Marketing Program Manager?

  • Manage a portfolio of supplier partners via regular engagement to drive partner marketing program adoption and success
  • Educate partners on the programs available and guide them through the execution and success of their selected program to maximize brand awareness and lead generation
  • Become an expert in the latest partner marketing programs and communicate effectively to our client’s partners. Work with various internal teams to unlock unique opportunities for your portfolio
  • Identify key metrics to evaluate data both quantitatively and qualitatively. Streamline operational workflow by identifying and eliminating bottlenecks
  • Project coordinate various partner-focused initiatives including program process, requirements and presentations
  • Provide full program coordination / project management, roadmaps, and timely updates on key partner implementation enablement initiatives

What will prepare you for success as a Partner Marketing Program Manager?

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 3-5 years of account management, customer service, sales, or other relevant experience
  • Relationship management experience via customer support, sales, or client development at multiple levels of an organization with a range of partners
  • Experience with account planning, prioritization, and internal/external goal/expectation setting

What will make you stand out as a Partner Marketing Program Manager? 

  • Project management experience using various project management frameworks and exceptional attention to detail
  • Demonstrated experience developing and managing various supplier and partner relationships in the U.S. and globally
  • Effective problem-solving skills through data analysis and experience of proactively improving processes and campaigns
  • Industry knowledge of paid digital advertising, demand and lead generation campaigns 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and proposal writing
