Account Strategist

As an Account Strategist at Yeager you are an expert in creating client marketing strategies, programs, and deliverables that are collaboratively developed through our internal team. Continually building and improving best practices for marketing technology products and services, you are responsible for understanding each client’s business, as well as doing research, analyzing data and project metrics, creating and presenting client strategies, and growing client relationships while collaborating with cross-functional teams to oversee project delivery. This leader provides project guidance for our teams to deliver mutually successful projects with our clients; the Account Strategist inspires trust, deepens client relationships, and supports Yeager’s revenue goals. This role requires proven marketing acumen, strong intellectual curiosity, and is highly motivated to drive client success and relationships forward. You will monitor existing client opportunities and make recommendations to help increase revenue and margins, along with cultivating a strong and productive relationship with clients, partners, and internal teams.

What Your Day May Look Like

  • Oversee and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts
  • Understand the growth drivers for each company, identify opportunities for Yeager to support their goals, and develop strategies, programs, and services offerings that our clients will value
  • Meet the annual, quarterly, and monthly account growth plans and revenue targets for assigned accounts
  • Build and present marketing strategies, programs, and services to clients
  • Support our internal teams while they execute on your strategies and plans
  • Implement creative ways to improve our customer relationships and promote other Yeager Marketing products
  • Identify key client stakeholders and consult with customers proactively to support quarterly and annual marketing discussions and budgets
  • Research and suggest new product offerings based on market and client buying trends
  • Work with other members of the Accounts team on how to effectively sell new product offerings and mentor them on how to grow their account relationships
  • Assess and cultivate long-term strategic goals utilizing business intelligence and performance data from internal tools to develop recommendations for driving your clients’ KPIs
  • Create trusted relationships with clients through transparent conversations, regular communication, incredible results, innovative solutions, and an exceptionally high level of customer service
  • Help develop and present complex strategies and annual plans that drive accounts forward
  • Provide oversight on projects managed by the internal team to stay aligned on client/project goals

Requirements for the Role

  • Bachelor’s degree minimum
  • 7+ years of relevant work experience in Marketing, Technology Marketing and/or Account Strategy required
  • 3+ years experience in the B2B technology industry – either with an agency or brand
  • Proven experience meeting individual revenue and sales targets
  • Experience managing an enterprise tech portfolio and demonstrated ability to achieve revenue quotas to drive growth
  • Understanding of performance analytics and ability to interpret data into meaningful insights and actionable next steps
  • Excellent presentation, written, and oral communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
  • Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity
  • Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain accuracy and meet deadlines in a high volume, fast-paced environment
  • Efficiency with online sales research databases, email, and CRM (HubSpot preferred)

B2B Freelance Senior Content Writers (Tech)

We are looking for creative and collaborative senior content writers (contract) to create original, engaging content for B2B tech audiences, marketers, and clients. Our ideal candidates are individuals with exceptional writing skills, a strategic mindset, and a get-it-done attitude who are excited to take a deep-dive into complex topics and bring them to life for B2B tech buyers.

In this role, you will write compelling content, such as blog posts, e-books, emails, and more that covers key industry trends for B2B tech marketing leaders and helps to enhance our clients’ positions as thought leaders. You will interview SMEs to gain industry specific insights and craft well-structured, easy to read content that make complex topics digestible and understandable.

Graphic Designer

Yeager is currently searching for a Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, customer service mindset, and ability to think creatively. On a regular basis this individual will work with members of the strategy and creative teams to visually convey a particular message, idea, or concept. They rely on their knowledge and proficiency with current graphic design programs to produce graphic art and visual materials for promotions, advertisements, websites, films, packaging, and other mediums. What will you do as a Graphic Designer?

  • Deliver successful print and digital design solutions within corporate brand guidelines.
  • Able to work independently and own projects through completion.
  • Put together disparate elements of a design created by another professional, such as the icons, photographs and other components necessary to create a cohesive design.
  • Work effectively with other designers and writers and be willing to assist other team members to complete projects.
  • Work collaboratively with a variety of internal stakeholders and steward the usage of approved design guidelines and templates.
  • Create a wide range of deliverables – including digital graphics, websites and landing pages, printed and digital publications, as well as presentations and event graphics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors and contractors
  • Demonstrate innovative thinking while applying the latest design principles

What will prepare you for success as a Graphic Designer?

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field
  • 5+ years of experience graphic design
  • UX/UI design experience
  • Software knowledge requirements; Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, Acrobat, PowerPoint and Mac OS
  • Experience using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro are nice to have
  • A stellar portfolio showcasing your best design executions
  • Strong organizational skills including file/asset management
  • Working knowledge of development and technology considerations (HTML5, CSS, responsive design, mobile platforms, and basic SEO)
  • Ability to “own” the work from conception to production over wide range of projects
  • Talent for thriving off of constructive feedback and translating it into even better executions
  • Motion graphics and light video editing experience
  • Strong understanding of best practices for graphic executions across multiple social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest)

Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator is responsible planning, organizing, and coordinating the execution of projects from beginning to end. They are responsible for turning the strategist’s vision into a production reality. The project scope can vary from single pieces of collateral to multifaceted, multichannel marketing campaigns. The Project Coordinator identifies all the tasks that need to be completed, strategically delegates those tasks, creates and manages detailed schedules, and traffics deliverables throughout the duration of the project to the appropriate team members.

What will you do as a Project Coordinator?

  • Coordinate the process and the execution of projects across the creative team while interfacing with the Account Strategist/Account Manager.
  • Review the scope of work provided by the Account Strategist/Account Manager and validate that projects can be completed within timeline and budget.
  • Develop and maintain step-by-step project plans and schedules for each project.
  • Monitors and manages project budget.
  • Organize and forecast deliverables and dependencies.
  • Manage the full production lifecycle of projects from initiation through completion.
  • Oversee day-to-day tasks and identify | resolve potential challenges.
  • Work with Account Strategist/Account Manager to execute change control procedures when requests for additional functionality/deliverables are made.
  • Elevate situations that may require executive support.
  • Maintain only the highest standards for quality.
  • Ensure on-time, on-budget project deliverables.
  • Provide QA on projects.
  • Provide status updates to the team.
