I love working with our clients to figure out creative and innovative ways to solve their marketing and business challenges. Our shared success is what drives me.

Talk about one of your favorite projects.

My favorite projects are long-term campaigns. As someone who spent many years in marketing roles at corporations, I find holistic campaigns uniquely satisfying. One in particular was helping a large supplier build a channel program from scratch. We worked on everything from the go-to-market strategy, messaging, partner recruitment and enablement, demand generation campaigns, and lead nurture programs. We achieved fantastic results for our client and won numerous awards for the work.

 

What is the last book you read and did you like it?

The Radical Leap by Steve Farber. I’m always looking to personally improve and add more value to Yeager. This book inspired my view on culture, teams and leadership.

What inspires you?

Beautiful storytelling. Great art. Spending time in nature. My sons. Profoundly intelligent people. Conversations about things that matter. New opportunities and challenges.

What do you do for Yeager?

What do you like most about what you do?

I love when our team gets to deliver solutions that were previously thought to be unattainable. It happens when we brainstorm together with clients to conceive improbable but game-changing strategies and then work through the obstacles with brilliant tactical execution. The reaction we get from clients when we help them breakthrough a persistent barrier is priceless.

 

What inspires you?

Helping people reach new potentials. All of us have more in the tank than we think and I love it when individuals or groups can reach or surpass goals when they face adversity or seemingly impossible odds.

Guide the day-to-day financial and business operations by developing and implementing strategic plans to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

What do you like most about what you do?

I like that what I do directly affects the client and Yeager team experience. I am able contribute to client projects and internal processes that help bring great outcomes. Part of that is relaying the client’s vision clearly and correctly to our team. I also develop internal processes that help things run smoothly.

 

Talk about one of your favorite projects.

We bid a rebrand project for a product that we were very familiar with. We initially did not get the project but they did select one of our concepts. After a short period of time we were pulled back in to consult and eventually did receive all of the project work. I really loved this because even though we didn’t get the project initially, we did eventually because of our good work, reputation and willingness to meet the client’s needs on their terms.

What inspires you?

Anything that requires me to be creative and to help solve problems. I’m a fixer by nature so I am always inspired to bring creative solutions to complex challenges.

What do you like most about what you do?

I love it when clients are dazzled by something we’ve created for them – when they just know that what we’ve delivered is going to bring the results they were looking for, and then it does. It’s great to hear the excitement in their voices.

Talk about one of your favorite projects.

We did a campaign for a brand new, very large client. The campaign had a lot of moving parts and required some major creativity and new thinking, teamwork and amazing timing. Start to finish it was pretty incredible and we were all very proud of it. The client loved it too, and they’ve been with us ever since.

 

What is the last book you read and did you like it?

Dragonfly in Amber by Diana Gabaldon. This is part 2 of a series about a British woman who time travels back to the 1700s in the Scottish Highlands. It’s good for forgetting everything and getting lost for a few minutes before I go to sleep.

What inspires you?

Books that make me forget the time, a killer screenplay, people that have everything or nothing and spend their life helping others, people that overcome huge obstacles to accomplish something they find important.

I really enjoy the conceptual stage of each project, the brainstorming and the sketching, thinking of all the possibilities.

 

What is the last book you read and did you like it?

I’m currently reading Magicians of the Gods by Graham Hancock. I really enjoy his take on ancient civilization. He seems to me like a real-world version of Indiana Jones, putting together artifacts left by people who lived over 12 thousand years ago!

What inspires you?

Music inspires me. On the dorkier side I’ve been very inspired by well-put-together brand standards documents.

What do you do for Yeager?

I manage and oversee all the technical implementation efforts on the team from programing, website development, email campaigns, and marketing systems.

Talk about one of your favorite projects.

I once had the opportunity to build an automated 30-60-90-day email survey campaign that had 20 questions that equated to 5 ranking types. Each was scored to develop an average that then needed to be displayed in the follow-up email, based upon an extensive set of rulesets, with their results. I didn’t quite know how I was going to tackle the project in the beginning, but I enjoyed the discovery process. In the end, we produced results that the client loved.

 

What is the last book you read (or listened to) and did you like it?

I am a knowledge-based reader; the last book I read was Essential Aromatherapy by Susan Worwood and Valerie Ann Worwood. As a certified Aromatherapist, I try and read as much as I can on the subject, as I believe in healing the body and soul naturally as opposed to chemically designed medications. Granted we can’t always escape it, but we can try.

What inspires you?

My husband, family, close friends, and mentors. If it wasn’t for them, I would not be where I am today. They are always pushing me to learn more, be more, and engage more, all the while helping me maintain a decent work life balance, which isn’t easy.

What do you like most about what you do?

I love the service aspect of my role. My training in service started at the age of 16 and it’s a definite core part of who I am. I find joy and fulfillment when I can help a client find success in the campaigns and ideas I present. My number one goal is to make my clients look like rock stars. I also love the creative part of the role; I get to access my inner child by using my imagination to conceive unique and valuable ideas.

 

What is the last book you read (or listened to) and did you like it?

I recently read Big Magic by Elizabeth Gilbert to better understand the creative process. I learned that while the creative process can be a struggle and sometimes feel defeating, the value is in actually working on and honing your craft. The BIG lesson I took away is to stay curious and not let fear stop you.

What inspires you?

I am inspired by stories of ordinary people doing extraordinary things. The simple things in life that often go unnoticed. Real and meaningful conversations that offer a new perspective. My little circle of family and friends that exhibit unconditional love. First hand experiences of authenticity, courage, faith and hope.

The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho. I really liked it. The premise of the story is about finding your personal destiny and the journey you take to get there. My daughter recommended it to me when I truly needed a good book with a positive message.

Family, friends and helping others. Seeing random acts of kindness. Sometimes, just a good movie!

Being a PM is like conducting an orchestra. When you have so many parts moving at once it is a fantastic feeling when everything is in sync.

 

Talk about one of your favorite projects.

My first Virtual Reality project is my favorite so far. The user experience and how it relates differently in VR was so intriguing. When you fully submerge someone into a different reality it truly is limitless.

What is the last book you read (or listened to) and did you like it?

I’ve started a few, but I always fall asleep a couple pages in. ☹

What do you like most about what you do?

I love researching—including working directly with clients, reading existing materials, and using products directly—in order to form a deep understanding of the subject matter. The knowledge I gather becomes critical to my content creation process.

 

What is the last book you read and did you like it?

I live by books. I read them; I write them. I always have a handful of books that I’m actively reading and a backlog of several others waiting to be read. One of my favorites that I recently finished was titled Grave Measures. It’s part of the Grave Reports urban fantasy series, which has a seriously amazing and original premise.

What inspires you?

Working in a team of positive people who love what they do! The energy of people working together, and the feeling of mutual accomplishment and shared success is what gets me out of bed every morning. Nothing great is created in a vacuum, and all ideas are best when shared!

What do you like most about what you do?

The most rewarding part of my job is starting with a spark of an idea and watching it come to life visually.

Talk about one of your favorite projects.

My favorite project involved working with Legos (my childhood self would be so jealous). We created a kit that allowed the end user to build the product and add custom stickers. It was such a fun, interactive project that took something very technical and turned it into a toy.

 

What is the last book you read and did you like it?

The last book I read was Yes Please by Amy Poehler. I really enjoyed learning about different parts of her life and career. If you’re reading this Amy, I’d love to meet you.

What inspires you?

I get inspiration all around. Sometimes inspiration hits you in the middle of the night and sometimes you dig and dig to find what you need.

What do you like most about what you do?

I enjoy working in an environment that fosters creativity. When you work in an industry that attracts futurists, it provides a space that nurtures forward-thinking and creative ideas.

 

Talk about one of your favorite projects.

Any project that allows for vast creative exploration is always refreshing; it’s a chance to go wild and try something new and different instead of always sticking to the script of the brand book. Luckily there’s a lot of opportunity for that with our clients.

What is the last book you read (or listened to) and did you like it?

Lichens of North America by Irwin M. Brodo, Sylvia Duran Sharnoff, and Stephen Sharnoff. Fascinating in-depth book about the subject with excellent photographs… (I only looked at the photographs.)

What do you like most about what you do?

I like the challenges of learning and doing new things. When I’m presented with a wanted function that I haven’t encountered before, I like to apply my existing knowledge in a different way or learn something completely different.

 

What is the last book you read and did you like it?

“Job: A Comedy of Justice” by Robert A. Heinlein. This was actually a second reading. I’m a bit of a dyslexic, so a book has to grab me quick in order for me to push through it. I really enjoyed the way Heinlein mashed up religions and mythologies with a bit of humor, add in parallel dimensions and, (um... what’s it called when you purse your lips with your fingers, make a kissy noise and explode your fingers out?) yeah, that.

What inspires you?

Nothing immediate comes to mind. Inspiration shows up unexpectedly (and usually when I can do nothing about it). It could come from some outstanding music, an interesting conversation, or maybe a weird image I’ve discerned from the non-existent pattern of a textured painted wall. Y’know, like a sad version of cloud gazing.

We did a promotion that involved mailing these tiny lockers with a really nice pullover inside. I liked putting them together and making it look amazing.

Deadeye Dick by Kurt Vonnegut. Not my favorite of his but still a great read.

The knowledge that nothing will change unless I want it to and doing something about it.

What do you like most about what you do?

It is very satisfying to plan out a timeline for a project or campaign and then help it come together piece by piece. I also love delivering on all the left-field requests I get from the team, whether it be Ricky Martin tickets, event venues in Berlin, or a Jedi knight costume.

 

Talk about one of your favorite projects.

Working with a remote developer on a microsite project was fun and challenging, but everyone knows my favorite project so far was when I got to dress up as Obi-Wan Kenobi for some concept artwork.

What inspires you?

Space! The final frontier. I am awed by its vastness, as well as the intelligence and courage of the men and women of the space program. Every space mission is an amazing feat of project management!
